After 2 months of testing, retesting, and testing some more, today we launched our new health insurance forms. The new form is a total of 3 questions shorter and has made some other changes that have proven to help improve conversion rates as much as 3% in our testing. For those of you using the ‘Start forms’ where the customer starts the form on your site and finishes it on ours, you will need to make one small update to your first step to further help improve conversions.

If you are not using the cobranded forms, you can login to your account and the new code is in the banners/links section under Start Forms.
